平素より、THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL, Autograph Collection（以下、大阪ステーションホテル）をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
このたび、「THE-MOMENT GRILL&DINING」のビュッフェにおいて、賞味期限の切れた「和泉のみかんマーマレード」を提供していた事実が判明いたしました。
当該商品をお召し上がりいただきましたお客様には、ご心配・ご迷惑をおかけしましたことをお詫び申し上げます。
なお、当該「和泉のみかんマーマレード」の安全性をメーカーに確認したところ、記載の賞味期限を超過した場合であっても、安全性を満たしている旨の回答を得ております。
現時点においてはお客様からの体調不良等のお申し出はございませんが、体調にご不安を感じられたお客様は下記のお問い合わせ窓口までご連絡をお願いいたします。

We regret to inform you that it has been confirmed that Izumi Local Orange Marmalade that had passed the best-before date was served during breakfast at the “THE-MOMENT GRILL&DINING.”
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our guests.
We have also confirmed the safety of Izumi Local Orange Marmalade with the manufacturer and received a response stating that the marmalade is safe to eat even after the indicated best-before date.
At this time, we have not received any reports of health issues from our guests. However, if you have any concerns regarding your health caused by this matter, please feel free to contact us.
